Data Hub 5.7 to hybris 5.6 or 5.5 adapter

Where can I find the artifact and instruction for hybrid-datahub-adapters from data hub 5.7 to hybris 5.5.1? And in general where are they released?

Is there a target date for Data Hub 5.7 to hybris 5.6 adapter? We have system in production in need of that.
