hMC list dropdown shows html code ( ) in hybris 5.7.0.12

In hybris 5.7 we are facing UI issue in which hMC list dropdown shows HTML code ( ). Please find attached the screenshot.

For this issue, there is one ticket in hybris Jira https://jira.hybris.com/browse/ECP-1087 and as per the comments on the ticket, it has been fixed in hybris version 6. We want this issues to be fixed in our current version i.e 5.7.0.12. Did anyone fix this issue? or do we have any patch available for this issue? Please let us know.
