Hi Yan, I am able to solve it now. The properties that you add in env.properties file those properties you need to set again in util.xml file. Also thos properties value will be accessible only when ant all is going on. They will not be accessible on server start up time. To create a system variable which is accessble on server start up as well you need to add in catalina.properties or wrapper.config. You can add new key value to this files from buildcallbacks.xml.
