Hybris 6 - I'm able to hit powertools site but when I'm placing the Order I'm getting 404 page and even if admin logins im not able to create a user.

As per my project requirement I have to use sap_aom_b2b recipe please find the steps which I did. 1.Hybris 6 version 2.Used Recipe sap_aom_b2b 3.created custom accelerator extension like ant modulegen using "accelerator " 4.I'm able to hit powertools site but when I'm placing the Order I'm getting 404 page and even if admin logins i'm not able to create a user. 5.I used standalone datahub by placing the datahub.war file which is generated from sap_aom_b2b 6.While starting the standalone tomcat for Datahub i'm getting the encryption key error.

Please provide me the solution for above 4 and 6 issues.
