Have to have a seperate context path for multiple stores running from single storefront

We have two stores in hybris Store and Store2 running on same storefront. We have couple of challenges for this approach.

1. Managing a session catalogs & site for stores opened in same window.

2. Managing the security authorization using security:intercept-url pattern for two different stores.

We see the issue can be because of same root web context.How can we have separate web root context or any alternate way to achieve this.

Has anyone done this before?Can anyone help?.

By manipulating your host files. Also edit your CMS patterns so each site gets activated by matching the correct hostname.

Have you tried a separate domain for each store?
