Need Help With SOLR

We are an ecommerce startup. Me and my team is currently working on improving our Site's search functionality. We have integrated Solr in Hybris and need help for the following:

1. Create redirects for search terms and their matching results on our site

2. Solr is indexing relevant attributes

3. Assign weights to the attributes that solr searches

4. Enable search filtering for further result reduction

5. Implementation of user synonyms
