Hybris 5.7 Datahub is not replicating the values from CRM to Hybris Commerce

Hi Experts,

I am sending iBase from CRM to Hybris Commerce using Datahub in 5.7 There are no errors in datahub console, hybris console or in backoffice, still I am not getting the value in partner field in iBase. Is this any issue with 5.7 ?

Thanks for your response but as I discovered from the mapping of sapcrmibase-raw-5.7.0.1-RC1 jar's sapcrmibase-raw-datahub-extension.xml, the data sent from the CRM was not in accordance with the partner tags. We were sending data in side E101CRMXIF_IBASE_PARTNER_XT SEGMENT-E101CRMXIF_IBASE_PARTNER SEGMENT

whereas mapping in jar is given as E101CRMXIF_IBASE_PARTNER_XT SEGMENT-E102CRMXIF_IBASE_PARTNER SEGMENT

after changing tag in CRM, partner values are received at Hybris end. I am still not sure whether it should be in 01 tags or 02, but this approach worked for me.

I am sorry but this seems to be a defect in the 5.7 release. We will fix this with the next patch. I hope this would be ok for you.
