Users getting logged out after redirecting back from payment gateway !

Hello,

Can anyone help me in this strange behavior :

Users getting logged out and sending them to home pgae after redirecting back from payment gateway randomly not on all transactions !

I have loadbalancer with 2 proxy servers and 2 hybris servers .. sticky session enabled on loabbanalcer and on proxy servers.

is there anything in the web server or hybris logs that could help point to why it's happening? Likely the session is ended somehow either when going to the payment gateway or on the return.
