How to have Backoffice WYSIWYG editor to have enhanced toolbars like the CKEditor Standard or TinyMCE

For backoffice WYSIWYG editor, the default is http://ckeditor.com/demo#widgets. Is there is an easy configuration change that will flip this to a TinyMCE editor like view of product cockpit/hmc or something like this - http://ckeditor.com/demo#standard?
