Custom Price Row for Specific Product already in productCatalog-Online but price is not being reflected on Storefront

Hi all,

I would like to ask your guidance regarding a certaing error that we are currently getting in when we load up customer price and price rows in HMC.

We have a current issue on our HMC in which the price rows of all products is not showing in Storefront when the user assigned to that price rows login. All users are affected by this issue. When we checked the HMC, the price that we are seeing is that there is already a price for that product for that customer. I have here the screen shot of our HMC:

Please take note that when I tried to change the Customer Field manually, I was able to see the above price in the Storefront, but using the current Custom Price List leads to this issue. Based from this scenario, is there a way that the issue might be related to the relationship between the customer price list field and the price row for this product? Or is there any other issues or part in HMC in which we need to check in able to resolve this issue?

    I'm not quite sure whats can happen, but you can debug the method getPriceInformationsForProduct on the PriceService.
