Issues with SAML on a custom B2B accelerator

I'm trying to enable ASM for SAML login on a customized B2B accelerator and running into issues following the wiki trails: link text

I don't see any errors running the recipes but when I append the storefront URL with ?asm=true, I don't see the ASM mode enabled. Has anyone faced issues of such kind? Do we have documentation for enabling ASM on custom B2B accelerators and not the electronics storefront? Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
