Performance Benchmarking for CS Cockpit


Is there any performance benchmark of CS Cockpit which is released by hybris officially? For instance; how many concurrent users can work on CS Cockpit without observing any performance issues.

We are using CS Cockpit for Returns and refunds flow where in the customer service agents will be around 15-20 to start with and later will go beyond 50 at some point.

As I understand all the cockpit application of hybris are not scalable beyond a point for concurrent users. I may be wrong but that's where want to see if any benchmarking has been done by hybris on default CS Cockpit.

    There's no official number that I've seen. Keep in mind that with 6.0 the returns/refund workflows have moved to the backoffice, which would be more scalable and more easily customized. 50 concurrent agents should not be a problem, with the caveat being what types of customizations you're doing and where the CS agents will be located (i.e. what is your instance strategy?), as well as how many cores are allocated for CS cockpit. 15-20 concurrent users of CSC is definitely not a problem.
