Solr Hot-Update as product manager - cannot find anonymous

I'm trying to run Solr Indexer Hot-update via wizard using productmanger user.

I added configuration to show Faces Search position in tree and i can run wizard but if i start index update i get error "cannot find user with uid anonumous"

If i add permission to productmanger to show Customers in User tree i cant find anonymous user, any other customer is visible but ononymous can be find only if i logged as admin.

So 2 question: 1. It is possible to run solr hot-update as product manager and which permission i need to set? 2. Or in another way: how to find anonymous user as productmanager?

Did you find something on it? I'm looking to allow the Product manager to run the indexation from the hMC menu instead of the Cronjob?

Best practice is to run solr indexing jobs as admin user. This way you're getting all the data in there as admin will bypass restrictions. You would then set up restrictions (or filters) in whatever app is querying solr so as to not show the products that usergroup should not see.
