Hi,
I am currently working on an existing site. I would like to know, how I can tell if the site is based on B2B or B2C. I know that B2BCustomers types can log on to the site. Is there like a configuration or attribute that is specified somewhere that can tell me what kind of site it is?
Hi Adekunle,
B2B accelerator allows B2B organizations to manage complex B2B relationships. Regestered B2B customers can place the orders. B2B accelerator offers features such as users, user groups, permissions, cost centers, budgets, and approval workflows.
While B2C storefront sell directly to consumers.B2C as a business model differs significantly from the B2B model, which refers to commerce between two or more businesses.
In B2C storefront, a consumer goes to the storefront, search for products, places the order, pays the bill, receives the delivered item and reviews them.
You can go through following wiki documents for functionality of B2B and B2C accelerators https://wiki.hybris.com/display/accdoc/Standard+Function
