What's the difference between REFUND_FOLLOW_ON and REFUND_STANDALONE?
Thanks!
Hello Eric,
I guess those terms are coming from CyberSource integration.
Follow-on credit: A follow-on credit references a prior capture transaction in the CyberSource system, and may be requested within 60 days of the original authorization; after that, you must issue a stand-alone credit.
Stand-alone credit: A stand-alone credit is not associated with a previous transaction, and may be requested after 60 days from the date of the original authorization.
