UnknownIdentifierException

We are getting quite a few errors like this:

de.hybris.platform.servicelayer.exceptions.UnknownIdentifierException: Product with code 'IE7NXPI16' and CatalogVersion 'usSmithopticsProductCatalog.Online' not found!

Even though the product with that code absolutely exists in that catalog, and is approved. Any Ideas on why this would be?

There could be Flexible Search restrictions which hides the product from the user you are using for the flexible search query. Please try the query directly in HAC using admin. If you get the correct result, go to HMC > System > Personalization and look for a restriction affecting the products or their subclasses.
