Cannot start hybris server

I'm trying to start hybris server. I have edited localextensions.xml file and tried to start server "hybrisserver". After loading all the extensions, I'm getting the error below. I'd appreciate, if anyone can help me.

Version 5.7.0.3 .

First, install a require recipes for an extensions to generate.

Thanks for the answer. If I do it without changing the localextension.xml file, it gets started. However I do want to install some of the extensions. What should I do ? What do you mean by checking avilable extensions ?

I think its problem on your localextention.xml. Please check an available extensions. And start hybris server.
