I would like to investigate an incident when an order come through without any orderentry/product and only with a postage charge on our live site.
Though order was authorised in Payment Service Provider and under my-account section the order was present with status as “Error".
Customer mentioned that she has gone through the checkout pages without entering a billing address, but when we check the order in Hybris, there is both a billing and shipping address present. Also, I have found no way of passing through checkout without entering a billing address on the site.
