5.5.1.2 Cronjobs not triggered in Clustered environment

Cluster Configuration for node 1: clustermode=true cluster.id=10 cluster.maxid=2 cluster.broadcast.methods=jgroups cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups=de.hybris.platform.cluster.jgroups.JGroupsBroadcastMethod cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.configuration=${HYBRIS_BIN_DIR}/platform/ext/core/resources/jgroups-tcp.xml cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.tcp.bind_addr=10.174.52.51 cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.tcp.bind_port=1111 cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.clusternodes=10.174.52.51:1111;10.174.52.52:1112 task.excluded.cluster.ids=10,11

Cluster Configuration for node 2 clustermode=true cluster.id=11 cluster.maxid=2 cluster.broadcast.methods=jgroups cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups=de.hybris.platform.cluster.jgroups.JGroupsBroadcastMethod cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.configuration=${HYBRIS_BIN_DIR}/platform/ext/core/resources/jgroups-tcp.xml cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.tcp.bind_addr=10.174.52.52 cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.tcp.bind_port=1112 cluster.broadcast.method.jgroups.clusternodes=10.174.52.51:1111;10.174.52.52:1112 task.excluded.cluster.ids=10,11

With the above configuration we are facing issues with cronjobs not being triggered.

But when we had commented the task.excluded.cluster.ids cronjobs were triggered in each of the node along with that tasks also got triggered in each node where our requirement is to run the tasks on a particular node.

Can any one please suggest how do we exclude tasks running on each node.

Since 5.5.1 there is no more cronjob.timertask anymore, cronjobs leverage the task engine. There is only one timer now that controls both business process execution and corn jobs and that is the task engine.
