How to publish a value from property file in target layer while publishing from DataHub?

I have below property in my local.properties. #custom properties hersheys.catalog.version=hersheysProductCatalog:Staged

I want to use this value for catalogVersion attribute that I will be publishing in all my target items.

I have tried below formats in "transformationExpression" Tag(PFAlink text). But None worked.

Could you please provide any pointer?

The quotes are needed to express the value as a string.

this method is not working in version 6. Should we do some changes to access data from properties file?

This method is working in all versions of Data Hub. Please avoid false claims without proofs.
