SamlSingleSignOn functionality on hybris 5.7 version

We got metadata.xml file by using this url: http://localhost:9001/samlsinglesignon/saml/metadata and paste into security folder of the samlsinglesignon extension.We have a doubt on how to get the certificate. Is it mandatory to access the sap cloud identity admin page for get the certificate.Anyone please suggest for this query.
