Unable to create order in ECC/SAP - AOM for B2C

Hi,

I am trying to create order from hybris to ECC/SAP via data hub and order is getting created in hybris but not getting published to ECC.

Order Type : AOM Scenario : B2C

Moreover Order status that are getting created in Hybris is checked valid.

Please share any document if any one has for the same,

This needs lots more info to know what you have configured and installed. Did you follow the datahub sap integration setup guide for AOM? After that you need to verify if the order is sent to datahub (RawHybrisOrder), if it's composed and if an IDoc is created (console log of datahub shows it in the standard debug out level after setting it up), lastly if the http call to SAP was successful.

Hi Konrad,

Order is getting created in datahub and IDOC is also getting created . We have tested RFC connection also and http destination and connection is successful.

Hi Konrad, I am able to send Idocs to SAP as there was some ALE settings issue but now I am getting following error: Sales document type is not defined and I have already defined Order type, Sales org . Regards,

I found out the problem, it was because of sabglobalconfiguration name.

I am trying to post AOM in sap ERP. The IDOC is sent to SAP ERP, but I am not getting SAP Plant details.

In your IDOC, No plant details in E1BPSDITM section. Could you please tell, how did you mapped/sent plant details to sap?
