E1KNVVM Idoc Missing

Hi Guys,

I already posted a question but here is a more detailed version: Regarding the SAP ERP - Hybris integration, we have the replication of Customers for B2C enabled. The DEBMAS iDoc is sent over and customers are replicated in our SAP system. However, the DEBMAS iDoc is missing the E1KNVVM iDoc, and therefore no Sales Area is replicated in the SAP sytem. Does anybody know how to fix this or can give me a hint in the right direction?
