CRM PC UI how to remove language option from Note tab Opportunity

Hi,

I am not being able to open Note tab in CRM Designer.

When I went to the field group of the tab, there was only one field TM_MODE, which I am not sure what is for.

I want to remove language selection drop down from the Note tab. Any ideas?
