hybris SalesForce connector

Hello Experts,

Is there a detailed documentation that talks about the connection between Sales Force and hybris using the connector now available on hybris Extend? Based on the Facts sheet provided, it's a bi-directional, real time synchronization of customer data between the two systems.

I would like to get more understanding on the seamless navigation between these two systems in the aspect of CART/Order functionalities. Just as an example, for existing Customer Agent solution that is based on Sales Force, can the Cart functionality from hybris be shared with Salesforce and provide unified customer service agent capabilities ? Please let me know your thoughts on this.
