voucher applying for multiple times - SAP Community

Hi All,

we are facing an issue on voucher where a voucher is applying for 3 times for a single order.

In the following diagram SEL is a voucher code and it is applied 3 times.

Please let me know what could be the reason and please suggest a solution for this .

Can you please give your voucher details with different tabs.

you may have some duplicacte vouchers any chance???

You can restrict the voucher to be used only once in the Voucher restrictions tab.
