Sample data can't be disabled on a clean install

Pre-face

I can't disable apparelstore and electronicsstore!!!

How to reproduce

• Clean hybris v5.5.1 download

• unpack

• setup ant environment

• initial ant command and development environment

• no yacceleratorcore extension in localextensions.xml but it is loaded

• comment apparelstore and electronicsstore

• run ant clean all

• follow logs and search output for apparelstore and electronicsstore - IT IS THERE!!!!

Is there a hidden common config folder or is it a bug?! I have a short deadline and can't effort myself a long debugging so please!!! any help is highly appreciated.
