We are setting up our continuous integration environment, but the ant build is failing with a connection timeout. The build is trying to connect to a maven repository. We have to supply a http.proxyHost an a http.proxyPort to access the outside world, so I have tried updating the maven settings.xml file and passing the variable (-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxy -Dhttp.proxyPort=8080) on the command line. Neither one works. I am able to curl to the maven servers using the proxyHost and proxyPort via the curl command, so basic connectivity work. Has anyone tried building Hybris behind a proxy server?
Thanks
We have not updated the wrapper.Conf settings. How would this help in the build?

Can you check the tomcat wrapper.Conf under platform whether it contains your proxy settings. If not add it and start hybris?
