I would like to know what all features are available in WCMS drag and drop functionality in the live edit mode. Can this feature is used for video is well? Apart from this can we change the position of the components?

You can drag and drop components to change positions. Not sure what else though.
to clarify you can do this in the WCMS Page View. Not sure about Live Edit
