What email server are you using? Can you verify that email server is sending the mails ? If you get this type if INFO log : "Sending Email [8923849823234] to [some@mail] From[other@mail]..." then the email API seems to work. Then you should double check the receiving end and make sure it does not have any limitations.

The issue was the email in my impex files. I had to replace those emails with my gmail.
