We are trying to load the SAP idoc raw customer fragment data which are not standard DEBMAS segments. We have used the KTOKD of DEBI to process the idoc. If we give custom KTOKD the feed will not be processed. We have mapped these custom segment attributes under RawCustomer rawitem. We have separate canonical item for these raw segment attributes. In target we used the Hybriscore to publish. We are publishing to BTGSegment with uid, name and catalogversion attributes. We are able to see the raw items created in pool. The canonical items are not being created. The SAPCUSTOMER_INBOUND_POOL pool is set to autocompose and autopublish. In summary the problem description is “The standard DEBMAS fields are published to B2BUnit while the non standard DEBMAS fields are failing in canonical item creation.”
