How to list items in a tree format in HMC?

We have a order list that needs to be listed in listlayout and when someone clicks on a particular order then all the items associated with that order should be again listed with all the details.

This has to be done in HMC.

You should be bale to modify the hmc configuration xml file to set the order list result view type to listlayout.

Here is a good place to start on how to modify the hmc config xml. This refers to version 5.
