Not able to create follow-on docs from winning bid

Hi

We are on SRM4.0 with ECC5.0

Created Live auction from SC and selected a winning bid from the auction.

Now I want to create a follow-on document(PO or contract) in backend system(ECC).

I tried to select the shopping cart in the purchaser's work area in Sourcing cockpit, but the selection box is disable. So could not select the SC to convert into PO or Contract.

Am I following right process?

Where exactly I create follow-on doc after selecting winning bid.

Please share your experiences.

In the header data of the auction, you can choose the type of follow-on document you want to create.

At the end of the auction processing, you have to go to auction change mode (bid tab) to be able to convert the auction in a PO or contract.

Hi Jagdish,

I cant see the "convert to PO" button =( Do you have any idea ?

I go to:

Sourcing > Process Bid Invitations > click search in order to find a bid with 2 vendor quotations > press the pencil button > I see 2 tabs: header and positions > In tab header I go to "Bidder/bids" option > I cant see any "Convert to PO" button =(

Do you know whats going on ? =(

Im doing this with a purchaser role.
