replicate the changes after restart the server !!

Hello,

I'm facing a problem on my servers as the below :

I have 2 cluster hybris servers and both of the them connected to the same database , but we i do some changes on one of the server like to change name of the product on HMC and go to the other server i cant see the changes until i restart the server !!

Is there any caching issue !! and why its replicating after restarting server ??

Thanks

It seems your cluster configuration is not set up correctly, the two nodes cannot communicate to invalidate their individual caches.

Check if you have configured cluster nodes, and the communication protocol (default UDP) correctly.

Hello, Thank you .. is that also related to solr configuration or it not related to solr .

If you change an attribute value on Product, such as name, you need to update the SOLR index for the change to be reflected in your index and search results. Check to make sure that you have a SolrIndexerCronjob running to periodically update your search index.

    Hi.

It depends on what you mean by "it is not replicating" in the other server. If you are using Solr search for products, then as Mark said, I recommend re indexing.

If you are going directly through flexible search query, then I recommend you to clear the cache from HAC after manually changing values through HMC. I'm not sure, but if HMC changes directly to the DB without using the service API, the cache will not intercept the change and will not invalidate that product info from the cache. (Go to HAC ->Platform->Monitoring->Clear cache) after manual change in HMC

    Hope that helps!

    Regards, Cristian
