Is it possible to associate multiple B2B account with a single user profile ?

I have a scenario where a user profile can have multiple B2B accounts associated with it.When a user login to the application using the credential then first he is provided with a account selection prompt.In the prompt all the accounts are listed as a drop down.User can select anyone and then can go the homepage of that account.

Is this functionality available out of the box or do we need customization for this ? If any customization required then can you put some light on how it can be done ?
