Add button in create wizard navigation

We have a requirement to add a button in navigation area in last step of wizard and on click of that button wizard form will be submitted. I was using custom tag to add button but it is not working.I have added below configuration

Is this correct configuration to add another button?If not, please provide input to implement the same.
