Is there any full featured WCMS html form example or rather tutorial?

I'm surprised that i can't find any pre built contact us form or rather page in (b2c) accelerator. So i have to build it from scratch. Is there any full featured example or rather tutorial of how to build such a contact us form?

It should explain the way through Page Types > Page Templates > Content Slots for Page Templates > Pages > Content Slots > Content Slots for Pages > Components on the one side, and on the other side, the implementation in Spring Form way with controller, facades, validation, binding, errorhandling, etc.

In wiki i only find the WCMS End User Guide and the e-commerce Trail which only explain how to customize or create a cms compoment.
