Every time we do a build in pre-production server, Nodes are being missed in Explorer tree in backoffice. When i do reset to defaults/everything , the system will be back to normal state. Again nodes are disappeared after some time.we've to reset every time whenever they disappear. This is happening only in preproduction environment,but working fine in local and another development environment. Can anyone help me in understanding what could be causing this issue. Quick responses would be really helpful.
we've created different roles to access different nodes (created some custom nodes) in backoffice.

Hi,
it depends on the version you are using. There were some major changes to the service persisting the widgets in cockpitng version 1.15.1. If in your setup there is an older version you can consider upgrade (or request backport).
If it is a newer version please try to look up anything suspicious in the logs and create a ticket for htat - it may be a bug.
