How to verify the version in downloaded zip?

I downloaded, unzipped and installed commerce-suite-5.3.0.2.zip. While starting up the log output is:

So how can i verify, if it's really definitely a 5.3.0.2?

PS: It seems to be normal behavior that the versioning output doesn't match and you can't trust it.
