Is hybris Security Patch available instead of full commerce suit?

Hi,

We are working on hybris 5.1.1, we have received an email regarding hybris security patch, in the download link complete hybris commerce suit provided for 5.1.1.3

So it's looks like more over require up-gradation from hybris 5.1.1 to 5.1.1.3. instead of using complete hybris commerce suit of hybris 5.1.1.3 is there any specific patch present for these security release?

Any help will be appreciated.
