Advanced Personalization Module - Order Rule Type - Products in last orders

Advanced Personalization Module - Order Rule Type - Products in last orders Functionality I am trying to achieve is restrict cms component [product carousel component] for logged-in users who has not purchased specific product in last 3 orders.

Order Rule Type - Products in last orders - would do this out of box, but the problem is for logged in customer who has not yet placed any orders.

These users should be seeing this product carousel component as they have not yet had an opportunity to purchase this product.

Any inputs?
