Output Action not being triggered in Advanced Personlization module

Hello,

I am trying to setup Advanced Personalization on the demo B2C Electronic Store of Commerce Suite 5.3 and find the custom output action defined is not being triggered.

Following and adapting the Advanced Personalization tutorials: https://wiki.hybris.com/display/release5/Advanced+Personalization+Tutorial

Have created a customer segment with one rule and two output actions.

I have setup an OrderRule to work on orders with a total sum above a certain amount.

Have setup two output actions.

The first one adds the customer to a customer group. This works, as I see the customer record in HMC being updated with the custom group as the customer fulfills the segment rule.

The second output action should present "the order history" page to the customer. However, I cannot seem to make this work.

Is Advanced Personalization available in the developer edition?

Am I missing any other configuration here?

If you can point me in the right direction as to what I may be missing link, would appreciate it very much.
