I am new bee in NG cockpit and started customization by following the Steps given on wiki : **https://wiki.hybris.com/display/release5/How+to+Create+a+Custom+Backoffice+Extension+-+Tutorial**
After creating the new extension ,I am not able to view this newly created extension in Backoffice. I tried updating the system but after that unable to see the existing Backoffice View.
Any help will be appreciable.

Did you create any widgets, data model or xml configuration in your new extension?
When you create your extension you could use an option to create sample widget. In this case you will see new perspective for sure:)

but result in my opinion depends on extensions you are using.
