Tomcat not working after ant production 5.2.0.2

I'm deploying the result of ant production on 5.2.0.2 and I'm getting an error saying that catalina.sh cannot be found. Looking into the tomcat dir, I notice there's no bin directory. Is this a defect?

EDIT: also, the config dir (from the zip file) was reported to be corrupt when running ant.

Build is now working based on adding the above fix to the local.properties file and generating a new config directory via ant clean all.

I hope hybris fixes this mess soon.
