Overriding method of Jalo class

Hi, we need to change some logic when button "Recalculate Totals" of Order Entry in HMC is pressed. Thus we want to override method "calculateTotals" of Jalo-Class "de.hybris.platform.jalo.order.AbstractOrderEntry". How we can do it? Is it possible?
