On Voucher issue on production

We created a voucher and removed it. Still when I place an order application is calling DefaultVoucherService.createVoucherInvalidation(DefaultVoucherService.java:49) method . Which is causing Null Pointer exception.

Anyone has idea on the same.

Please help me.. Thank you in advance.
