Live Connection BW - Model with time hierarchie not working

Hi all,

finally we managed to order some SAC licenses and not try to start with story building in SAC. We are using the direct connection to a BWonHANA system and the connection is working. But with one model I have some problems. It seems as if the reason is the activated time hierarchy for 0CALDAY.

When I try to insert a chart based on this model I am asked to fill out the prompts but after doing that I do not get the possibility to design the chart as the builder panel is empty

I also cannot see that a model is attached to the chart.

When I deactivate the hierarchy everything is working fine. Are there any restrictions I missed concerning hierarchys with live connections?

Hi, there may be some limitations in case the backend system is missing some Notes.

Please follow this Note carefully and make sure your backend is on a perfect release. Otherwise - as SAC is relying on HTTPS requets between browser and INA layer - there could be things BW backend can not interpret, although s requested by SAC.
