Migration process 4.8 to 5.2

Hi,

We are going to upgrade the Hybris 4.8 instance to 5.2. But before we do that we have a couple of questions:

1. Should we upgrade from 4.8 to 5.0, from 5.0 to 5. 1 and so on or could we just upgrade from 4.8 to 5.2 at once?

2. What are the best practices, are there any known problems when you migrate from 4.8 to 5.2

3. What is the most stable version of Hybris, 5.2.0?

4. How will it work with the license, should we contact Hybris? How much will it cost or is the current license valid for this upgrade?

5. Should we migrate the date in the database?
