How to remove cluster nodes in TCP cluster

When cloning a production DB for your ACC environment, we notice that initially it takes a very long time before hybris to start. The startup 'hangs' on:

broadcast method tcp::de.hybris.Method@372dd1b0r.tcp.TCPBroadcastMethod@372dd1b0 is not initialized yet - cannot send message [?://?|ver:4010100|15506384934221120-36235573571984-0|1|1of1 (content: 81 bytes)]

After a couple of minutes it eventually starts but doesn't display a site. When looking in the hac under cluster it shows all the production nodes in offline mode, instaid of the ACC nodes he should be connecting to.

Is there a way to remove the entries to the PRD nodes from the database when doing PROD DB export imports to ACC and other environments?
