How can we Convert Multiple PR into One PR after MRP run?

Hi All,

I have one doubt, can we convert multiple purchase requisitions into one purchase requisition?

Because while creating a PO with PR, there are more line items are adding. It will be take more time to create a one PO.

So pls give me a solution for this issue.

Hi,

As already mentioned, system wont create multi line PRs from MRP.

However, when creating PO's you may adopt multiple PR's to One PO - either through manual adoption in ME21N or using the auto conversion using ME59 / ME59N transaction.

Hi,

Using ME59 you can create one PO from Multiple PR, another condition here you can set if they are with same vendor or use customized program to convert as per your requirement.
